Ben Holladay, commonly remembered as "The Stagecoach King," also founded the McCormick Distilling Company in Weston, Missouri. Today they make a Bourbon named for him, and it makes a perfect cocktail and story for the spooky season.

Ghost of Ben Holladay Cocktail
- 2.5 oz Ben Holladay Bourbon
- .25 oz oz Gomme Syrup
- 3 dashes chocolate bitters
- 3 dashes walnut bitters
- Garnish: Orange peel twist
METHOD>
- Add all ingredients together and stir
- Pour over a large cocktail ice cube and garnish with an orange peel twist.
