Our cocktail of the week, from Neat Bourbon Bar, is one smooth sipper.
Ingredients
• 1.75oz Roasted Lemon Vodka*
• 0.25oz Yuzu Curaçao
• 0.75oz lemon juice
• 0.75oz simple syrup
Method
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a coupe glass (no ice) and garnish with a lemon wedge.
*Roasted Lemon Vodka
750ml vodka
Peels of 2 lemons
Roast lemons in a pan until slightly charred. Add hot peels to vodka. Let sit at room temperature overnight. Strain off peels. Bottle and store.
