This week's Cocktail of the Week is recommended for those enjoying the summer weather with a BBQ. Bib & Tucker have revealed a number of exciting cocktails, and this one in particular, titled Steam Engine, is perfect for those wanting to pair with your favorite brisket, ribs, or grilled meat.
Ingredients
• 2 parts Bib & Tucker Double Char Bourbon
• 0.5 parts Bénédictine
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
• Expressed orange peel
Method
- Stir all ingredients together in a mixing glass filled with ice. Strain into a Rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with an expressed orange peel.
