INGREDIENTS
- 1 ounce Brush Creek Bourbon
- 1 ounce whole milk (be sure to use whole milk)
- .5 ounce heavy cream
- .5 ounce simple syrup
- .5 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch grated nutmeg
METHOD
- Add milk, cream, vanilla, syrup into a mixing glass and stir
- Add Bourbon, then pour over ice (if you add this first you run the risk of curdling the cocktail)
- Sprinkle with nutmeg (optional)
