This week the team at American Whiskey HQ couldn't help but think we all need something a little classic, and with the release of George Dickel's Bottled in Bond Distilling Season Spring 2007 it seems like the perfect time to break out a Manhattan.

George Dickel Manhattan
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz George Dickel Bottled in Bond Distilling Season Spring 2007
- 0.25 oz sweet vermouth
- 0.25 oz dry vermouth
- Dash aromatic bitters
- Glass: Coupe
- Garnish: Orange peel
METHOD
- Fill up your cocktail shaker with ice and combine the whiskey, vermouths, and bitters
- Mix well then strain into cocktail glass
- Add orange peel as garnish and serve
