Milam & Greene Port Rye Blackberry Bramble


INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz of Milam & Greene Port Cask finished Rye

    • 6 or 7 ripe blackberries
    • 1 oz simple syrup
    • 1 oz ginger beer or sparkling water
    • 1 cup of ice (preferably pebble)
    • Sprig of mint


METHOD
Muddle at least 5 blackberries and simple syrup gently in your serving glass, pour in rye whiskey and add half a cup of ice and stir for 20 seconds until some ice has melted

    • Add additional blackberries and ice, top with ginger beer or sparkling water for a less sweet preference and garnish with mint

 


Milam & Greene Triple Cask Elderflower Sour


INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Milam & Greene Triple Cask Bourbon

    • 1 oz of elderflower syrup
    • .5 oz of fresh squeezed lemon juice
    • 2 oz of sparkling water
    • Lemon wheel


METHOD
Combine bourbon, syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker tin with ice and shake for at least 30 seconds

    • Pour liquid over fresh ice in serving glass and top with sparkling water
    • Garnish with lemon wheel and enjoy!


Milam & Greene Triple Cask Ginger Peach Smash

 

INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Milam & Greene Triple Cask Bourbon

    • 2 sprigs of mint (one for garnish)
    • 3 small peach slices peeled –1 peach slice unpeeled (garnish)
    • 5 oz lemon juice
    • .75 oz ginger simple syrup


METHOD
Mash mint and peeled peach slices with ginger simple syrup and lemon juice in a shaker

    • Add ice and bourbon
    • Shake for 10 seconds and strain into serving glass with fresh ice
    • Add garnish and enjoy
