Combine all of the ingredients in shaker with ice and shake. Strain into coup glass and top with Topo Chico.

- ½ oz lemon juice
- ¾ oz cream soda syrup
- 1 bar spoon of fig jam
- 6 drops honey bitters
- Glass: Coupe
METHOD
