It's time to shake-up your Thursday with a little bit of cocktail related fun from the team at Balcones. We know it's not quite the weekend yet, but what better way to kick it off a little early than with this refreshing little number, using Balcones famous Baby Blue!

Libertine
INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz. Balcones Baby Blue

  • 75 oz. lemon juice

  • 0.25 oz fresh orange juice

  • 1 oz Rosemary simply syrup

  • 1 tsp maple

  • 1 tsp orange marmalade

  • 1 egg white

  • Glass: Coupe



METHOD
Mix the lemon and orange juice, syrups, marmalade and egg white – shake with no ice and serve.

GARNISH
Add a lemon twist with a rosemary sprig.
