Watershed Distillery has announced the release of its batch 002 of Uncut Unfiltered Bourbon, now available at Ohio-based liquor stores.

The bourbon spent over four years in barrel and has been bottled at 125.4 proof (62.7% ABV) without added water or filtration. 

The producers have described the expression as having aromas of split vanilla bean and toasted oak, with similar notes on the palete along with apricot and walnut before for a lingering finish . The expression is retailing at $69.99. 



“We’ve spent years mastering the craft of bourbon making and are in awe of the impact barrel selection can have on distilled spirits,” shares Greg Lehman, founder of Watershed Distillery. “We are excited to be increasing distribution this year on this unfiltered bourbon straight from the barrel and giving more Ohio bourbon lovers a chance to try it.”
