This year we are back for yet another stellar awards round-up, in conjunction with Whisky Magazine, which includes the Icons of Whisky, Whisky Magazine Hall of Fame and World Whiskies Awards.
As some of our subscribers may notice when opening the mail this morning, we are back a little earlier than anticipated with our results this year, but what would awards season be without a little drama?
Some over-enthusiastic distribution has meant that some copies may have been issued before the February 11 embargo. This means some of our winners may now be aware of their success ahead of our awards evening in New York on Tuesday February 11. We hope this means that even more colleagues will be able to join in the celebrations when we formally announce the winners that night, presenting certificates and trophies to the winners in person.
