We’ve nearly made it through to the end of January, so what better want to send it off than with some cocktail winter warmers!

Add all ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice and stir until chilled, strain into a cocktail glass or pour over a large cube into a rocks glass, then garnish with orange essence and Maraschino cherry.

- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth2dashes Angostura Bitters
- Glass: Coupe
- Garnish: Brandied cocktail cherry

- 2 parts Blackened American Whiskey
- 1 part Campariv
- 1 part Dry VermouthOrange Essence
- Glass: Rocks
- Garnish: Maraschino Cherry
