Each barrel was chosen for its unique character in order to represent the best of Wyoming Whiskey. The two expressions, Wyoming Whiskey Barrel Strength Bourbon Whiskey Barrel #5540 and Barrel #5440 have both been aged for 10 years, with each one bottled at barrel-proof to capture richness and unique flavors.

The producers have described both expressions as having tasting notes of dried fruit, cherry cobbler, rum raisin ice cream, and chocolate-covered orange peels.

Wyoming Whiskey Barrel Strength Bourbon Whiskey Barrel #5540 and Barrel #5440 (SRP $299.99) are both available throughout Wyoming, as well as the Wyoming Whiskey Barrel House and Wyoming Whiskey Distillery Shop. Barrel #5440 is available in California, Colorado, Georgia and Florida.
