Nose

Dried pear and cardamom. A bed of ground pistachios layered between aromas of ceder wood and vanilla. The corn oil scent is faint, but present.

Palate

A dry, peppery flavor hands generous portions to the next flavor of soft root beer and vanilla. Herbal tinged with white cherry.

Finish

Finishes with the cedar flavor and roasted nuts. A kick of spice paced at just the right cadence.
