Nose

Deep corn husk with soft maple syrup.  Golden apple sugar and dried apricot. Oak and pipe smoke appear on the final Nose: when it opens a bit.

Palate

Paprika and cayenne surprises before the grain of corn surfaces. Graham crackers go nicely with the array of apple and spice notes.

Finish

Up in smoke with shallow breaths of grains, but the spices keep climbing.

Comment

Given the sweet corn flavors and zesty spice, try an Old Fashioned as the simple syrup will round it out.
