Nose

An almost port foundation of aromas. Butterscotch candy coating and pie crust. Whiffs of dill appear and become quite fragrant. Milk chocolate surprise.

Palate

Rye bread. Bitter orange streaks, yet the candy coating of butterscotch still has presence. Oak staves with slight char.

Finish

Full mouthfeel with a spike of ginger and oak. A good swift kick on the tongue, then behaves and settles into smoky essence.
