Nose

Wild, savory BBQ nose. Unexpected florals, yet the dill is no surprise. Chopped pecans and toasted crouton. Sprinkled nutmeg.

Palate

Polished edges of spice weigh equally with brown sugar and graham cracker. A spike of ginger says hello and then tapers. Bananas dipped in dark chocolate.

Finish

Character galore and the finish never ends. Great spice length and structure.

Shows plenty of zippy highlights, a repertoire of flavors.
