Nose

Tobacco and hay leaps from the glass. Pretzel dough and pastry give incredible yeasty tones. Light smoke and citrus.

Palate

Slivered almonds and sugar cookie. Smoke is still insistent with some orchard fruits. Ground grains mix distinctly with honey.

Finish

Approachable finish that shows of the honey and tobacco. Dissipates fairly quickly, but enough sound bites to please.

The flavors fan out like a peacock.
