Nose

Butter pecan and oak. Rye crackers and honey. Rolled nougat and chopped pecans.

Palate

Splash of ginger with a sprinkle of cayenne flavors. Golden-brown sugar hangs tight while the ginger continues to unfold. Some dill.

Finish

A light and airy rye until the finish flexes its muscles and sizzles on the palate.

Comment

A great cocktail spirit, just go easy on the ginger notes.
