Nose

Candy corn and snickerdoodle cookie. Butterscotch is faint. The floral honeysuckle comes forward, bringing another layer of sweetness.

Palate

Rye bread and dill flavors on the first sip. Pronounced brown sugar and ginger. Bites of milk chocolate and jammy blackberries.

Finish

As it should with dill and oak lingering and a background of the ginger still standing at attention.

A gentle rye that behaves itself, yet is forthcoming on the spice.
