Nose

Bready and deep, shy of spice notes. Earthy leather and smoke. Mushroom on the third nose, reaching further into the umami layers.

Palate

Oak leads and a subtle blend of baking spices reveal. Heavy orange rind twists with cinnamon Red Hots. Some oregano and bay leaf.

Finish

A bit drying, but enjoyable with the spice finally peeking into cinnamon, deceiving the nose.
