Nose

Warm and bready – macaroons and milk chocolate. Crushed pecans and nougat bring forth levels of autumn leaves and saddle leather.

Palate

Straightforward with light caramel and vanilla. Gingery note of flavor, more allspice and oak. Almost a Butterfinger sweetness.

Finish

Ginger prevails with oak not far behind for the finish wraps the tongue with subtleness.

Would heighten a great highball with the gingery note.
