Nose

Wash of white pepper and oak. Bright apricot and banana with graham crackers and some walnuts.

Palate

Firm structure of oak and orange marmalade. The fruit appears again, but not with a ton of tannins or sweetness actually.

Finish

It seems a bit shy and light. Some vanilla and simple syrup. Cool and soft.

Comment

Prop this one up a bit in a cocktail.
