Nose

Grassy with honey notes and citrus. A veil of floral accents with white pepper. Buttery. Sugar cookie and vanilla. Celery.

Palate

Honey and herbaceousness drive the flavors. The spice is delicate and lies in the centre tongue which gradually unfolds some of the citrus notes. 

Finish

Short on the finish of sweetness but the earthy and herbal flavors linger a bit.

Light on the flavors, so an easy drinker. Pass the ice.
