Nose

Candy corn on the first Nose: with vanilla, but need to let it open to dig into the aromas. Chopped walnuts with granola and pound cake.

Palate

Grain-forward with corn husk and wood sugar. A little smoke creeps in at the last sip.

Finish

Vibrant heat that continues bone-dry with a level of the corn base still present.

Comment

Needs a little more polish on the heat to tame it a bit.
