Nose

Bright dark cherry and cassis that roll into baked apple, baking spices and anise. Medium length of caramel and vanilla.

Palate

Cinnamon candy slides to caramel and vanilla. Oak wraps the tongue and elevates the spice again leading back to some peachy twists and grains.

Finish

Lingers with spice and distinct oak presence that warms subtly as it fades.

Comment

A sweeter cocktail would take the spice notes and round out a nice sip.
