Nose

A combination of anise and butterscotch with apple and oak. Almost marshmallow in with graham cracker.

Palate

Butterscotch with vanilla and back to the marshmallow and granola flair. White pepper and a rye spice to elevate with the heat.

Finish

Surround sound heat of spices with cracked peppercorn and ginger. Eventually tames and to sweet wood sugar.

Comment

This would make a killer highball with that ginger heat at the end, and I would take two.
