Nose

Golden raisin and butterscotch with biscuit. Corn and honey-soaked vanilla.

Palate

The honey truly stands out on this one with layers of the vanilla and wood notes. Not too spice forward, but more of the delicate fruits of apricot and peach.

Finish

Does not linger as long, but pleasant with the honey and vanilla.

Comment

This is an early in the week drinking Bourbon with its delicate and satisfying flavors.
