Nose

Loads of wood sugar and grain mixed in with some green apple and pear. Some dark raisin and coffee notes.

Palate

The sugary note still reveals, but some cinnamon spice and ginger appear and level it out.

Finish

A bit hot and slightly tannic butlasts on the Palate: awhile to decide.

Comment

May make a good Manhattan with the sweet andspice combo.
