Nose

Incredible malty burst, followed by paprika and white pepper. Dried apricot and fumed oak. Baked apples and a touch of honey here.

Palate

The heat is domineering with cinnamon on the first sip, but slows down to a bready and yeast and appley flavor. Big oak.

Finish

Loses balance of flavors. Dry with a pale cayenne aftertone.

There is a lot going on here. Try it over a big block of ice to tame some of the spice.
