Nose

Grainy Nose: with sparks of baking spice and anise. Some sugared dates along with oak tannin. Butterscotch and apricot appear.

Palate

Hot sparks of the grain combination mixed with cinnamon and black pepper. Oak abounds with the tannins, not too much butterscotch left over.

Finish

Dissipates quickly leaving flares of the spices and oak to rest on the tongue.
