Nose

Charismatic nose of brown sugar and coffee bean. Candied cherries and toffee are present. Pastry shell gives a delicate sweetness and then unlocks crushed cashews.

Palate

Ganache and toasted graham crackers o er a lovely first sip. Chestnuts follow along with a lift of heavy clove. Orange rind.

Finish

Bold finish of roasted nuts and oak. Clove seeps back in to finalize the spice cadence.

Comment

Good intensity of flavors, nicely weighty on the spice.
