Nose

Palate

Touches of toffee and crushed almond. Light coffee that has a slight bitterness. Orange rind is a present.

Finish

Finishes with the orange rind and toasted oak at middle palate. A lift of ginger at the finale.

Could make for a nice Manhattan straight up, pass the bitters.
