Wild nose of Bit-O-Honey candy and maple syrup. Orange muffins and pancakes. Herb tinged with some sage.

Palate

Depth of smoke is peaty and tantalizing. Chocolate malt gives it a frame of sweetness. Toasty croissant with orange and g marmalade.

Finish

Truly complex and deep with flavors of oak and peat. The smoky accents are simply delicious.

Gorgeous nose and dig the deep smoky goodness. A new favorite.
