Hot Toddy
INGREDIENTS

• 2 oz. Balcones Single Malt


• ½ oz. honey


• ¼ oz. lemon juice


• Hot water to top-up


• Glass: Irish Coffee Glass

METHOD
Fill an Irish coffee glass or mug with hot water. Once the glass is heated pour out the water and add the Single Malt, honey, and lemon and top with hot water. Stir to incorporate and garnish with a lemon twist 

GARNISH
Add a lemon slice with clove studs.
